
CALL FOR CANDIDATURES FOR ENTERPRISES IN GROWTH UNDER THE ODYSE-TAAMA PROGRAMME
1. Background to the call for applications
The Canadian Chamber of Commerce Mali – Association is pleased to launch its programme to incubate start-ups and support growing businesses, ODYSSEE-TAAMA.This program aims to support the socio-economic and professional integration of the Malian diaspora through entrepreneurship and innovation in Canada. 2. The objectives of the ODYSSEE-TAAMA programme
The overall objective of ODYSSEE-TAAMA is to improve the employment and income situation, particularly for young Malian women and young people in the living diaspora in Canada.
3. The sectors targeted by the call for applications
The life of a business is punctuated by levels of growth. To achieve its objectives, skills and strategies must be developed.
ODYSSEE-TAAMA offers a program to support the competitiveness of the private sector of the Malian diaspora living in Canada by providing tailored and personalized support to boost the performance of high-potential growth companies focused on excellence and innovation that want to improve their competitiveness by adopting a strategy focused on excellence and innovation.
The programme targets all activities related to:
- Digital: new information and communication technology;
- Green energy
- Agrobusiness
- Yeah.
Particular emphasis should be placed on innovation, the environment and gender.
4. Support provided by the programme
For 6 months, the ODYSSEE-TAAMA acceleration program gives you access to:
- Specialized training
- Personal coaching
- Privileged access to mentors from the private sector
5. Eligibility criteria for the program
- Be in operation for at least 3 years;
- Have more than 3 direct collaborators;
- Have a turnover of more than CAD 15,000;
- Be a Canadian company owned by Malians.
