The objective of this training is to enable the entrepreneur first to understand the importance of commercial information (market research) to succeed in an entrepreneurial project, to know the various aspects of the market study, and finally to know the practical tools to carry out each of these aspects.

TRAINING 2: BUSINESS MODEL (BMC) AND BUSINESS PLAN
SESSION 2: THURSDAY, 13 JANUARY 2022 FROM 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The objective of this training is to enable the entrepreneur to build his business model based on his initial ideas and assumptions and to actively assist him in the drafting of his business plan.
The training aims first to make the entrepreneur aware of the importance of having a business plan, then to show him how to organize the ideas of his entrepreneurial project and validate his business opportunity around a business model template that creates value and finally to give him the broad lines of a winning business plan.

TRAINING 1: THE ENTREPRENEUR AND ITS PROJECT
TUESDAY: 11 JANUARY 2022 FROM 7 p.m. TO 9 p.m.
The objective of this training is to address the individual dimensions of leadership that characterize an entrepreneur who is keen to successfully carry out his entrepreneurial project through the ideas, start-up, start-up and growth phases.
The participant will have the opportunity to discover and discuss important elements such as:
- The ideal profile of an entrepreneur,
- Personal and interpersonal skills of being required,
- The know-how skills needed to be a good manager,
- The risks that need to be recognised at the outset and the pitfalls to be avoided,
- The foundations of a good business project, including mission and value offer.
