Mr Saifoulaye Baldé

Executive Director of the Sub-Treatance and Partnerships Exchange of Guinea

Mr Saifoulaye has 13 years of experience in finance, public administration and corporate management. He has held a number of leading roles, including at the Private Investment Promotion Agency and the Industrial Development Fund and SMEs. Saifoulaye holds an MBA from the University of Sherbrooke and a GDBA from the Molson School of Business in Montreal, and has been Executive Director of the Subcontracting and Partnership Exchange of the Republic of Guinea since June 2022. He has undertaken extensive work with his team to improve the participation of Guinean companies in the major structural projects under way in the country, so that Guinean local content is an integral part of the mining and industrial value chains.
