Biography of Khalifa GOITA
Former Malian diplomat, debt collection expert (22 years old), community development activist, English-French interpreter translator, Kalifa Goita is currently a civilian administrator with the Canadian public service. He has practical knowledge with individual permits in investigations and security services (protection of persons, goods and information). It is available to meet the Malian and African challenges of ending multiple crises.

- Secondary studies: Baccalaureate 1 in Modern Letters (1975) and Baccalaureate 2 in Philo-Languages (1976).
- Bachelor's degree in Chinese (Mandarin) from the Faculty of Arts, Beijing University (1981)
- He joined Mali's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation as a Foreign Interpreter in 1982. At the invitation of the Canadian International Development Agency, he participated in the Group for Research and International Training (GERFI) and obtained the Master's degree in Public Administration (1987- Study on the Program for the Restructuring of the Grain Market of Mali) and the Graduate Diploma in International Administration (1991) from the University of Quebec (École nationale d'administration publique).
- In particular, Kalifa Goita helped to revive cooperation with Canada, the People's Republic of China 1984, and Burkina Faso (1987)
- Mr. Kalifa Goita moved to Canada in 1988 and specializes in collection and credit management: President and shareholder of the collection agency Mr.McGrath Québec Limited (2001-2010)
- He has also been active since 1988 for various community organizations and businesses as translator-revisor, interpreter (English-French-Bambara) and terminological researcher.
- Married and father of three children
